Information on your box
When we install the engine, your business decides what it holds. We handle that information only on your instructions, under your agreement with us.
- It stays on the box in your building. Cloud AI is used only for tasks you allow.
- We never train AI models on your data.
- Our engineers reach the box only when you open a session. Each session is logged.

If a breach of personal information creates a risk of serious harm, we notify the people affected and the regulators, as the law requires.
Changes
We post any change here with a new date. If a change affects information you already gave us, we tell you first.
