The box
The engine runs on a box in your building.
- Sensitive files use local AI only, unless you allow a task.
- Our engineers reach the box only when you open a session. Each session is logged.
- Updates are signed and installed when you approve them.
- Every connection the box makes to the outside is listed.
Planned. Your agreement says which of these are in place on the day you sign.
We hold no security certification today.
Reporting a problem
Found a security problem in this site or our systems? Write to security@engine.business with what you found and how to reproduce it. We confirm receipt within three business days and keep you posted until it's fixed.
If you act in good faith, don't access other people's data, don't disrupt the service, and give us time to fix it before telling others, we won't take legal action against you.
A customer's box belongs to the customer. Don't test one without the customer's written permission.
