These terms are between you and Engine.Business Inc. ("Engine B"). They cover this website and summarize how buying the engine works.
We sell only to businesses and professionals, for business use.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to this site. Don't copy it wholesale, scrape it, test it for weaknesses outside our security rules, or send forms in someone else's name.
The text, design, images and the Engine B name belong to us.
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. The licence is from C$85 per computer a month, plus a one-time install quoted before you sign. Examples marked "Illustrative" show how the engine works, not a real customer's results.
The site is not an offer. Your price is set in a written quote.
Buying the engine
Every customer signs a written agreement. If it differs from this page, the agreement wins. Every agreement includes:
- Twelve months to start. Then month to month, ended by either side with 60 days' notice.
- A capped yearly price rise. The cap is written in your agreement, with 60 days' notice before a rise.
- Cloud AI at provider cost. Optional, and never above the monthly cap you set.
- Custom builds quoted before any work starts.
- Your data stays yours. We never train AI models on it.
- Our access is off. Our engineers connect only when you open a session.
- You can leave with it. Your data in open formats, and the box wiped, with a certificate.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. We aren't liable for losses from relying on it, except for intentional or gross fault, or bodily or moral injury.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of our head office and the federal laws of Canada.
Changes
We post any change here with a new date. A change never alters an agreement already signed.
